How do I prepare myself for the class?

You should be dressed comfortably. Shorts and T-shirts are advantageous, because the teacher can control the alignment of the arms and legs and thus correct. Yoga is practiced barefoot. One should come to the classes with clean feet.

Can I eat before class?

After a main meal you should wait about four hours until you start practicing. For smaller meals one hour is sufficient. During the hour you should neither drink nor eat.
